You can return all or only some of your products within 14 days. - Specify shipment details
Pack the products, choose a delivery method, and pay for the return shipment. - Send the package back
Hand the return parcel to the courier or drop it off at your chosen delivery point. - Receive a refund
You will receive your refund within 7 days and will be notified by email.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. Please remember, the product must show no signs of use. To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision within 14 days from the day you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you physically received the product. Registering your return on our returns page (which we recommend) is considered a clear statement. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases specified in detail in Article 38(1) of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
Refunds
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the amount paid for the product and the delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered in our store), within 7 days, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal statement.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof of their return.
If you select our returns page, confirmation of returning the products will be the return shipment status, which we will receive automatically after submission.
The refund will be made using the same payment methods as in the original transaction, unless you agree otherwise.
The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned products resulting from using them beyond what is necessary to determine their nature, features, and functioning. We reserve the right to claim compensation to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Return of goods
Returned items must be sent or delivered to our store without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if the item is sent before the end of the 14-day period.
The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
